The outdoor pool area was lovely, but the

Space felt a bit cramped on busy days. The serene atmosphere and lush gardens made for a beautiful backdrop. We noticed that the service could sometimes be a bit slow during peak hours.

Outstanding meal at a la carte restaurant.

Location: the hotel was near the promenade and shops and cafes and buses into Soller, Deja and Valldemossa. We were given a single room, it was double superior and air-conditioned.

Fine spa access amenities enhance your stay!

The air conditioning was completely ineffective in our room. We tried to address this with the staff, but it was clear they couldn't care less about our complaints. The restaurant temperature was unbearable, and the lack of fans.

Single room with fabulous terrace as well as shaded private patio right by the steps leading to town. Extensive selection at breakfast including pastries, fruit, eggs, bangers and bacon.

The stunning gardens provided a peaceful retreat, while the excellent breakfast options made for a great start each day.

Beautiful views but staff seemed overwhelmed and service was slow at times.

We loved the park-like grounds with spacious areas for the kids to play. The relaxing spa was a hit, and the evening views of the sunset over the port turned our family dinners into magical moments.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available at the hotel to keep them entertained .

The dining scene here is a total feast! The restaurant offers a fantastic buffet with a superb range of healthy dishes, I couldn't get enough of the fresh local produce! Plus, the cozy lounges are perfect for winding down with drinks by the fire after dinner. Beautiful gardens and a serene spa really seal the deal!

No biggie though, everything else sparkled with charm!

Beautiful gardens and relaxing atmosphere

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay, with beautiful mature gardens and a spacious pool area perfect for lounging. The breakfast had a great selection, including fresh pastries and healthy options. The room was clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the scenic mountains, but it could use a bit more attention to detail in the bathroom fixtures.

The hotel grounds are fine with lots of shady spots. Room 318, in the old part, has a cozy balcony with beautiful hill views. Air conditioning and a private bathroom. Breakfast included freshly baked pastries and a variety of organic juices. The pool area is relaxing.

the pool area could use some more staff for better service. but the buffet breakfast was incredible with so many delicious options! loved the beautiful gardens and the relaxing terrace where we enjoyed drinks before dinner.

The staff is super friendly, and the heated pool is a great feature. Lots of noise from kids at the pool. Easy bike rentals available for exploring nearby trails.

We had an amazing time during our week-long stay! The gorgeous swimming pool and relaxing wellness area were highlights, and the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious. The well-kept grounds made it a serene escape. Can't wait to return!

Es port is a hidden gem! The beautiful gardens and fine spa access room. The staff was genuinely attentive. We loved how close it is to torrent de pareis. The heated swimming pool filled with mineral spring water was such a treat and perfect for relaxation.
